Established in 1989, we specialise in first editions of fiction from the last hundred years, catering for all budgets with a range of affordable old favourites to the more expensive, sought after rarities. We also hold a smaller selection of other first edition books including children’s, New Naturalists, biographies as well as a good range of paperback vintage crime. All books are free delivery in the UK.

We also operate a free book search service so please phone or email us with your wants: any genre, any edition. We will happily carry out a search on your behalf and, when we find the book(s), we will offer them to you at a fair price. Please be assured that, if the book(s) does not meet your requirements in any way, including the price, there is no obligation for you to make a purchase. We have access to many book networks including one or two most other dealers don't, so we are well worth trying for that elusive book.
