An elusive book which, in common with most other early Wesley first editions, has quite browned page edges. The endpapers are also quite foxed and the initials EL are discreetly at the top corner of the flyleaf. Overall, however, it's better than very good in a dustwrapper that can also be described as at least very good as the only issue, apart from being price clipped, is some foxing to the inner flaps and to the very edges of the front and rear panels.
What makes the book particularly special is that not only has the author signed her name as Mary Wesley to the title page, she has also signed with her real name of Mary Siepmann.
